Welcome to the Main Line Supply Customer Portal ("Portal"). By accessing or using this Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Portal.

1. Account Registration and Security

By registering for a Portal account, you represent and warrant that:

  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
  • You are authorized to act on behalf of the business entity you represent
  • You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You will notify Main Line Supply immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

2. Permitted Use

The Portal is provided solely for the purpose of managing your business relationship with Main Line Supply, including but not limited to: viewing order history, accessing material test reports (MTRs), managing account information, and making payments. You agree not to:

  • Use the Portal for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Portal or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Portal
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Portal

3. Orders and Transactions

All orders placed through the Portal are subject to Main Line Supply's standard terms and conditions of sale. Pricing displayed on the Portal is subject to change without notice and confirmation. Final pricing will be confirmed on your order acknowledgment or invoice.

4. Material Test Reports (MTRs)

MTRs provided through the Portal are for informational purposes and reference only. While Main Line Supply makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, you are responsible for verifying that materials meet your specific requirements. Main Line Supply does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of third-party mill certifications or test reports.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAIN LINE SUPPLY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Portal
  • Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Portal content
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

IN NO EVENT SHALL MAIN LINE SUPPLY'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO MAIN LINE SUPPLY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PORTAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MAIN LINE SUPPLY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PORTAL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Main Line Supply and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Portal, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Portal, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. Main Line Supply may use your contact information to communicate with you regarding your account, orders, and promotional materials related to our products and services.

9. Account Termination

Main Line Supply reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Portal access at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Portal will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Modifications to Terms

Main Line Supply reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Portal. Your continued use of the Portal after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Ohio.
